Upload documents where they are encrypted at rest in compliance with federal HIPAA security regulations. The medical director can also sign off on charted medical forms. Once the sign off occurs, the form is locked.

Upload client ultrasound scans to each client’s ultrasound form. The ultrasound form is ready for approval and sign off by medical personnel once you attach the scan. The Sign-Off user level grants medical personnel access to each pending ultrasound with uploaded image scans for their review and approval. Previously approved ultrasounds are also accessible by the center's medical director.
