Yes! The Genesis Network Advocate Module was designed to complement any center management software used by your pregnancy help center. The Genesis Network Advocate Module is used once the woman chooses life and enrolls in the Education Program. Then all the tools and resources available in the Advocate Module are there to help you navigate and track the client-advocate journey.

Yes! We work with a trusted third-party HIPAA compliance company to certify and manage our HIPAA compliance. It is also important for each center to take appropriate steps to ensure the completion of their own HIPAA requirements while using software services; for example, ensuring that each staff member and volunteer receives their own, unique login credentials and that they do not share them, and ensuring that their login credentials are not saved on their devices.

Genesis Network does not offer a Donor Management Module. We believe that excellent software applications already exist to meet this need. Moreover, to optimize HIPAA compliance and mitigate unwanted security risks, we believe it is optimal to maintain medical services on a separate platform from marketing and donor management services.

The Advocate Module offers tailored access rights for advocates, center managers, and center supervisors. The Center Manager and Center Supervisor user levels offer access to all client records, permit the assignment of clients to specific advocates, and include access to center-wide reports. But the Advocate user level limits access only to clients who are served by the advocate, along with the related forms. Advocates do not have access to center-wide reports.
